zach sutton, lmhc
Zach is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, combat-wounded veteran, and holds a Master of Divinity. He is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment for individuals from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community. Zach enjoys helping clients better understand themselves through the Enneagram, using personality insights to strengthen the therapeutic relationship and promote lasting growth.

A Panama City native, Ashlie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with children ages 5 and up through adulthood. She is trauma-informed and trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique journey toward healing.

With extensive experience supporting individuals and leading couples groups, she brings warmth, empathy, and encouragement to every session. Sara is passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges while empowering them to move confidently toward their goals.

Christa is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern who works with adults seeking meaningful, lasting change. She is compassionate, goal-oriented, and committed to meeting each client exactly where they are. Christa believes therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and focused on helping clients create practical solutions that improve their everyday lives.

With more than 10 years of counseling experience, Noelle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping clients find hope, healing, and resilience. She provides a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Noelle works with all ages navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, blended family and relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, and substance use or recovery. She believes therapy is a collaborative process and tailors treatment to each client's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy-informed techniques, to foster lasting growth and resilience
